I joined but I can't pimp my ship yet. Why not?
When you first create your account, you won't have any cubits (points). Most of the options for pimping your ship cost cubits. To earn cubits, you must complete the weekly tasks. To get more points and make your ship really cool, you'll need to make an extra effort. That's why when you see someone with a really tricked-out ship, you know they're a leader for their team.
What if I try to recruit someone who is already registered with Join the Fight?
You will not get points if the person you try to recruit is already a member of Join the Fight. You will only get points for recruiting new members to the network. That means if someone else recruits your friends or family members first, they'll get the points instead of you — so recruit early and often!
How are the teams' points awarded? One team has a lot more players than the other; doesn't that give them an unfair advantage? How can a smaller team ever catch up?
Without going all technobabble and boring you to sleep, we
have engineered the points system of Join the Fight in a way
that takes into account the size of each team and weights the
scores to compensate.
The score is based on participation, not team size. So a larger team doesn't have an advantage over a smaller team, or vice versa. Our scoring system rewards participation and dedication.
